RDF Max

RDF Max is a liquid glucoamylase / pullulanase blend designed to achieve a high real degree of fermentation (RDF). The glucoamylase will target the 1,4 bond while the pullulanase (also known as limit dextrinase) will cleave the 1,6 bond. This process releases more fermentable sugars, driving up the alcohol content.
