HighAlpha+ is a thermostable alpha amylase enzyme designed for distilling mashes. This enzyme breaks starches into dextrins, releasing sugars that increases alcohol yield and improves mash efficiency. 

Recommended dosing rate: 200ml - 600ml per dry ton of grain. Added directly at mash in.
